Program dates: Feb 10 – April 4, 2025

Duration: 8 weeks, just 2-3 hours per week

Online sessions: Fortnightly individual online coaching. Email, phone and referral support provided where required

Women’s Wellbeing Day : (Venue to be announced) A face-to-face women’s wellbeing day with other single mums, to enjoy lunch and hear guest speakers and an inspiring single mother story.

About Bloom

  • Engage in confidential online sessions with an industry professional with single mother lived experience
  • Identify your skills and strengths to enable a transition to work, study or a new career over time
  • Increase your confidence and capacity to advocate for yourself and your family
  • Update your knowledge of free training courses, industry and workplace changes post motherhood
  • Receive help to locate services that assist with career change, counselling and wellbeing

Bloom participants can claim up to 15 points per week toward their Centrelink mutual obligations (PBAS) over the duration of the program.

Erika has designed and facilitated award-winning programs that empower women and girls to find their own voice, prioritise their wellbeing and enhance their confidence and capacity for employment and education.

She is a single mother and daughter of a single mother and is passionate about advancing the lives of single mothers with care and compassion.
